Sony Corporation of America (“SCA”) complies with the U.S.-E.U. Safe Harbor framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use and retention of personal data from European Union member countries. SCA has certified that it adheres to the Safe Harbor Privacy Principles of notice, choice, onward transfer, security, data integrity, access and enforcement with respect to certain limited EU Personnel Data received in the United States from our affiliated companies in the EU. "EU Personnel Data" is defined as “Sony employees and their identified beneficiaries or dependents, prospective employees, and officers and directors of Sony companies located in the EU."

Sony personnel in the EU may raise any questions or issues regarding Safe Harbor with their local Human Resources representative or the SCA Safe Harbor Privacy Contact. Any Sony personnel in the EU that cannot resolve his or her issue directly with their Human Resources Department or SCA is permitted to contact his or her local data protection authority for further information and assistance.
