Sony clearance products are new, unopened products that are discounted because they are being discontinued or replaced by new models.
What's a refurbished product?
Sony refurbished products are typically customer returns which have been restored to their original factory specifications and fully tested and inspected by Sony technicians. Sometimes, refurbished products may have minor cosmetic blemishes that do not impact their performance.
What's the warranty?
Factory-Certified Refurbished Products come with a 90-day limited warranty covering parts and labor. Refurbished VAIO PCs now come with a free one year service plan option. Clearance products carry their original factory warranty.
Can I get an extended warranty?
Yes. Extended Service Plans and installation options are available on all eligible refurbished and clearance products.
What is the return policy?
Factory-Certified Refurbished Products and clearance products come with a 30-day return policy.
