A button on the Reader is stuck or does not respond when pressed.

  1. Fully charge the Reader® Digital book.
  2. Press other buttons on the Reader, verifying that the Reader responds to the button.
  3. Reset the Reader .

If the issue is still unresolved, service may be required.
