How to transfer pictures to the internal memory of the photo frame using a USB connection.

The method to transfer pictures to the internal memory of the digital photo frame depends on the type of computer or memory device being used. Follow the list of instructions below appropriate for the computer or device you are connecting to the digital photo frame for picture transfer.

IMPORTANT: The number of images that can be saved is dependent on the file size of the images being transferred and the Image file size setting that has been selected in the photo frame menu.

Computer running a Windows® operating system

The screen displays in these instructions may vary depending on the operating environment that is being used.

  1. Remove any memory cards that may be inserted into the memory card slots.
  2. Turn on the digital photo frame.
  3. Connect the device to computer using a USB cable.
  4. On the computer, open the folder that contains the image data files that will be transferred to the digital photo frame.
  5. Using the windows tool, choose the Select All option.
  6. Using the windows tool, choose the Copy option.
  7. Open the My Computer window.
  8. Open the Removable Disk drive that represents the digital photo frame.
  9. Using the windows tool, select the Paste option.

    NOTE: Depending on the size and amount of images selected, this process may take a few minutes.

  10. After the copying process has ended, the USB cable may be disconnected .

Computer running an Apple® Mac OS® operating system

The screen displays in these instructions may vary depending on the operating environment that is being used.

  1. Remove any memory cards that may be inserted into the memory card slots.
  2. Turn on the digital photo frame.
  3. Connect the device to computer using a USB cable.
  4. On the computer, open the folder that contains the image data files that will be transferred to the digital photo frame.
  5. From the Edit menu, choose the Select All option.
  6. From the Edit menu, choose the Copy option.
  7. Open the Removable Disk drive on the computer desktop that represents the digital photo frame.
  8. From the Edit menu, choose the Paste option.

    NOTE: Depending on the size and amount of images selected, this process may take a few minutes.

  9. After the transfer process has ended, the USB cable may be disconnected .

Memory Device

NOTE: The photo frame supports various types of memory devices, such as Memory Stick® media, CompactFlash® (CF) cards, xD-Picture card™ media, and SD memory cards.

  1. Turn on the digital photo frame.
  2. Insert the memory card or USB storage device into the appropriate slot on the digital photo frame.
  3. Press the MENU button.
  4. Use the up arrow or down arrow to select Add to album.
  5. Press the ENTER button.
  6. Use the up arrow or down arrow to select All images.
  7. Press the ENTER button.
  8. Use the up arrow or down arrow to select YES.

    NOTE: Depending on the size and amount of images selected, this process may take a few minutes.

  9. After the transfer process has ended, press the ENTER button.
