A book I transferred to my Reader digital book does not appear on my Reader digital book.

This issue can occur if the Reader™ digital book is disconnected from the computer prematurely, if the Reader is not authorized to your account or if the USB cable is not connected securely to the computer. Follow these steps to resolve this issue:

  1. Verify the file type  is compatible with the Reader.
  2. Try to transfer the eBook to the Reader. Make sure that the Status symbol stops spinning before disconnecting the Reader from the computer or before clicking on the Reader icon in the software.
  3. Verify that the USB cable is properly connected to the Reader and the computer.
  4. Open the eBook in the Reader™ (eBook) Library software.
