Unable to establish the S-AIR® wireless connection (pairing) on the DVD home theatre system.

When you are unable to pair, it may be due to a loose connection, incorrect settings, or too much distance between the units. Follow these steps to resolve this issue:

  1. Move the S-AIR wireless surround amplifier close to the main unit.
  2. Pull out both of the S-AIR transceiver cards and then push them firmly back in place until you hear a click.
  3. Turn the main unit and the wireless surround amplifier off and then turn them back on.
  4. Confirm the settings by doing the following:
    1. On the remote control, press SYSTEM MENU.
    2. Press the up or down arrow repeatedly until S-AIR ID appears in the display.
    3. Press the + button.
    4. Press the up or down arrow repeatedly to select ID A.
    5. Press the + button.
    6. Press the SYSTEM MENU button once more to exit the menu.
  5. On the back of the wireless surround amplifier, confirm that the S-AIR ID is set to A.
  6. The units should now pair automatically.

NOTE: The green light on the wireless surround amplifier should be solid.
