What do I do if my computer was stolen and the LoJack for Laptops software was installed?

    If you have an active subscription to LoJack® for Laptops and your computer has been stolen, follow the steps below.

    1. Report the theft to local law enforcement as soon as possible.
    2. Report the theft to Absolute™ Software Corporation.
      1. Go to the Absolute Software LoJack for Laptops Web site.
      2. Log in to your account.
      3. Click the Report a Theft link.
      4. Fill-out the online form.
      5. Submit the online form.

      NOTE: If you experience difficulty logging in to your LoJack for Laptops account, contact Absolute Global Support by calling 1-877-337-0337 from Monday to Friday, 24 hours a day.
