What do I do if my computer was stolen and the LoJack for Laptops software was installed?
If you have an active subscription to LoJack® for Laptops and your computer has been stolen, follow the steps below.
- Report the theft to local law enforcement as soon as possible.
- Report the theft to Absolute™ Software Corporation.
- Go to the Absolute Software LoJack for Laptops Web site.
- Log in to your account.
- Click the Report a Theft link.
- Fill-out the online form.
- Submit the online form.
