How to redownload books or periodicals from the Reader™ (eBook) Store on the Reader Daily Edition™ digital book.

Applicable Products and Categories of This Article

Books:

  1. Press the Home button on your Reader digital book.
  2. Tap the Store tab.
  3. Tap on your Account. Image
  4. Sign in to your account.
  5. On the My Account Overview [FIG. 1] screen, next to Purchased Content, tap View.
  6. On the My Purchased Content [FIG. 2] screen, locate the eBook you wish to redownload and then tap Download Now.

    NOTES:

    • To confirm that downloading has begun, look next to the Wireless Status icon and you should see the download arrow appear and continue to be animated until the download has completed. Image

      NOTE: If you have a lot of purchased periodicals, you may need to turn the page to view additional titles. To do this, on the bottom of the screen, tap the right arrow [FIG. 3].

Newspapers and Magazines:

  1. Press the Home button on your Reader digital book.
  2. Tap the Store tab.
  3. Tap on your Account. Image
  4. Sign in to your account.
  5. On the My Account Overview [FIG. 1] screen, next to My Subscriptions, tap Edit.
  6. In the My Subscriptions [FIG. 2] screen, locate the subscription you wish to redownload to and then tap Manage.
  7. In the Delivery Settings [FIG. 3] screen, tap Download Past Issues.
  8. On the My Purchased Content [FIG. 4] screen, locate the periodical you wish to redownload and then tap See Issue List.

    NOTE: If you have a lot of purchased periodicals, you may need to turn the page to view additional titles. To do this, on the bottom of the screen, tap the right arrow [FIG. 5].

  9. Once you have accessed the tab for the specific periodical [FIG. 6], locate the individual issue you wish to download and then tap Download Now.

    NOTE: To confirm that downloading has begun, look next to the Wireless Status icon and you should see the download arrow appear and continue to be animated until the download has completed.
