This message may occur when importing video or picture media files to a computer using the PlayMemories Home™ software if there is not enough free space available on the drive you are trying to import the video. To resolve this issue, do one of the following:
- Reduce the number of files you are trying to import.
- Delete unnecessary files from the destination drive where you are trying to import the pictures or movies.
- Import the pictures or movies to a different drive with sufficient space.
