A recorded movie shows up as two or more files on the computer even though it was a continuous, uninterrupted recording.

The maximum recording size of a recorded movie is about 2 GB. Therefore, when a movie recording reaches 2 GB in size, a new file is automatically created to record the additional footage. Although movies over this size appear as a single thumbnail image on the camera screen, the exact number of files created are displayed when the video is transferred to a computer. This is normal operation.

NOTE: The size of each file can be verified by viewing on a computer.
