If only one side of the 3D-glasses flashes or flickers when trying to use the 3D feature of the TV, the battery being used may be weak and the 3D-glasses need to be charged or the battery needs to be replaced. For details on the specifications or operating instructions of your 3D-glasses, refer to the manual. Manuals are posted on your model support page.
In most cases the LED indicator on the glasses will flash three times every three seconds to indicate that the battery power is running out. However, if charging or replacing the battery doesn't solve the problem, service may be required.
