IMPORTANT: The Google TV™ only supports an HDMI® connection from a computer that is outputting 720p or 1080p resolution. Make sure you computer is configured to output at one of these resolution settings before connecting it to the Google TV.
If the computer is not outputting a video signal through HDMI to the TV, check the following:
- Make sure the Google TV is set to the correct video input to receive signal.
- Make sure HDMI cable is connected securely at both ends.
- Try using a different HDMI cable.
- Test the HDMI port by trying another video source device such as DVD player, Blu-ray Disc® player or camcorder.
NOTE: If the problem is resolved, the video settings on the computer may not be configured properly to output signal to the Google TV. In this case, contact the manufacturer of the computer for further assistance.
- Reboot the Google TV .
If the issue is still unresolved, service may be required.
