Error: Shockwave plug in crashed. appears when using the Google Chrome browser.

This error message appears when using the Google Chrome™ browser if for some reason the Adobe® Flash® plug in becomes corrupt. To resolve this issue, follow the steps below.

  1. Select the Force Close option displayed on the screen.
  2. Go into the Settings  options.
  3. On the keypad remote control, press the down arrow to select Applications.
  4. Press the ENTER button.
  5. Press the down arrow button to select Manage Applications.
  6. Press the ENTER button.
  7. Press the down arrow button to select Google Chrome.
  8. Press the ENTER button.
  9. Press the down arrow to select Force stop.
  10. Press the ENTER button.
  11. Press the up arrow to select Clear data.

    NOTE:  A dialog box appears with OK selected to confirm if you want to delete the data.

  12. Press the ENTER button.
  13. Turn off the Internet TV device for 15 seconds.
  14. Turn on the Internet TV device.
  15.   Make sure the latest firmware is installed  on the Internet TV device.
