Error: Shockwave plug in crashed. appears when using the Google Chrome browser.
This error message appears when using the Google Chrome™ browser if for some reason the Adobe® Flash® plug in becomes corrupt. To resolve this issue, follow the steps below.
- Select the Force Close option displayed on the screen.
- Go into the Settings options.
- On the keypad remote control, press the down arrow to select Applications.
- Press the ENTER button.
- Press the down arrow button to select Manage Applications.
- Press the ENTER button.
- Press the down arrow button to select Google Chrome.
- Press the ENTER button.
- Press the down arrow to select Force stop.
- Press the ENTER button.
- Press the up arrow to select Clear data.
NOTE: A dialog box appears with OK selected to confirm if you want to delete the data.
- Press the ENTER button.
- Turn off the Internet TV device for 15 seconds.
- Turn on the Internet TV device.
- Make sure the latest firmware is installed on the Internet TV device.
