When I connect a USB flash drive to the computer, the driver does not install correctly.

By default, the operating system will look in the C:\windows\inf folder for built-in device drivers. If you connect a USB flash drive and the driver is not detected from that location, try pointing to the C:\windows\system32 folder for the correct driver.

If the driver is not found in the C:\windows\system32 folder, you will need to contact the flash drive manufacturer for additional support options.
