This error may occur if the Internet content refresh did not complete successfully.

Follow these steps to Refresh Internet Content:

  1. Using the supplied remote, press the HOME button.
  2. Select Network.
  3. Select Refresh Internet Content.

NOTE: These steps may need to be repeated in order to resolve the error.

Follow these additional steps, if the issue persists after attempting to Refresh Internet Content multiple times:

  1. Perform a factory reset .
  2. Test the Network connection.
  3. Perform the Refresh Internet Content procedure.
