The home theater system (HTS) will stop responding duing the system software (firmware) update if the BD/DVD function was not set before starting the update. Follow these steps if the HTS has stopped responding after trying to perform a system software (firmware) update using the Network update feature.
- Unplug the HTS from AC power. Plug it back in and turn it on.
- Press the BD/DVD function button.
- Re-attempt the Network Update process.
