The picture is blurred when watching video content from a USB, DLNA, or Internet connection.

This solution only applies to LCD TVs that support USB, DLNA® technology, or Internet connections.

Depending on the cause of the issue, it may be possible to resolve this symptom by doing the following:

  1. Make sure the TV is updated to the newest available system software/firmware version. Downloads are posted on your model support page.
  2. Turn off the Reality Creation option in Picture menu of the TV.
