The computer is plugged in but not charging.

    Follow these steps to rectify this issue:

    1. Click Start.
    2. Click Control Panel.
    3. In the Control Panel window, click Hardware and Sound.
    4. In the Hardware and Sound window, click Device Manager.
    5. Expand Batteries. ImageImage
    6. Click on Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery.
    7. Click Uninstall. ImageImage
    8. Restart the computer.
