Unable to view 3D content.

Follow these steps when attempting to view 3D content:

  1. Make sure that supported 3D-ready equipment is connected to the viewer using the supplied HDMI® cable.
  2. Make sure that the program, movie or game being viewed is the 3D version.
  3. In 3D Settings menu on the viewer, select the appropriate 3D format.

NOTE:  After viewing 3D content, change the setting to Off from Over-Under or Side-by-Side.
