How to use the Socialize feature.

The Socialize™ feature allows you to post information about the content being viewed on the Internet video device to the Facebook® social networking site or send a tweet on the Twitter® microblogging site.

The following is an example of how to use the Socialize feature to post a message on the Facebook social networking site when viewing a Netflix® video:

NOTE: The same can be done when viewing other content.

  1. While the video is playing, press the Options button on the remote.
  2. Select Socialize.
  3. Select Facebook.
  4. Select Login.

    NOTE: The login information will be remembered by the TV so that it does not have to be repeated in future usage of the Socialize feature.

  5. After following the steps on the screen, select Next.

    NOTE: A computer will be required to login.

  6. Press the Enter button on the remote.
  7. Select Close.
  8. Press the Options button again.
  9. Select Socialize.
  10. Select Facebook.
  11. Select from one of the listed messages.

    NOTE: At this time the feature does not allow you to manually input a personal message.

  12. This will bring up a preview screen. Select Send.
  13. Press the Enter button.
