There are duplicate notes on the Reader Wi-Fi®.

If you are experiencing this issue, do the following:

  1. Update the Reader™ for PC or Mac® software. From the menu, click Help and then Check for updates. ImageImage

    NOTE: Once you have completed the update, continue with this procedure to remove the duplicate notes from your Reader digital book.

  2. Open the book which has the duplicated notes.
  3. Press the menu button. Image
  4. From the menu, tap Notes.
  5. Once you are in the Notes screen, press the menu button.
  6. Tap Delete Notes.
  7. Once you are in the Delete Notes screen, press the Menu button.
  8. Tap Select All.
  9. Unselect original notes so that only duplicated notes are checked.
  10. At the top of the screen, tap Done.
  11. In the Are you sure that you want to delete all the selected items? message, tap Yes.
  12. Repeat these steps for any additional books with duplicate notes.
