If you are powering the camera with the battery, make sure the battery is fully charged. If the battery capacity is low, the projector will not operate at all. It is suggested to connect the AC power adapter if you are planning to use the projector for an extended amount of time.
IMPORTANT: Make sure you have selected the playback mode on the camera. The projector only functions in the playback mode.
If the issue is still unresolved, service may be required.
