- This may occur if NightShot or NightShot plus for high-sensitivity recording is ON.
- Make sure that the following options are correctly set for the scene you are recording.
- White Balance
- Scene Selection
- Picture Profile
- Picture Effect
- Gamma Disp. Assist
- The Auto Back Light function makes the image brighter and the recording may look washed out. Change the Auto Back Light setting to suit the lighting situation.
If the colors still look wrong, reset the camcorder to the default settings , and then adjust the settings according to the scene.
If the issue still occurs, repair may be required.
