If this occurs when selecting the USB Memory icon in the My Video, My Music, or My Photo menus, make sure that the USB device is properly connected to the A/V Receiver.
WARNING: There is a risk of data loss. Back up all data that exists on the USB device before proceeding.
If the USB device is connected properly, it is possible that the file system of the USB device is broken or it may not be formatted in a compatible format. Reformat the USB device as either FAT32 or NTFS format through a computer.
