To ensure the proper function of the audio speaker while using an Apple® iPad® or iPhone® or iPod® mobile digital device, check the following:
- Update the firmware (software) version of the Apple device to its latest version.
- Update the firmware (software) version of the audio speaker to its latest version. Downloads are posted on your model support page.
- Verify that no other device is streaming using the AirPlay® wireless technology at the same time.
