Error: Cannot connect the selected device now when using the Video and TV SideView app with the Blu-ray Disc player.
Error: Device registration failed. Check settings of the device to be registered and try again.

The error occurs when the Video & TV SideView™ application cannot register the Blu-ray® Disc player. This is due to the specifications for Video & TV SideView registration. Ensure your Blu-ray Disc player meets either one of the following conditions for registration:
- The Blu-ray Disc player should display the name of your device such as phone or tablet in the Registered Remote Devices setup item under Network Setting of the Xross™ media bar.
- The Blu-ray Disc player should be in the Screen Saver mode.
