The disc does not eject or the disc compartment cover will not open.

This issue may occur if the battery power is low or if there is an interruption in power from the connected AC adapter. Insert a fully-charged battery into the camcorder. Otherwise, connect the AC adapter to the camcorder and make sure it is plugged into a working electrical outlet. It may be necessary to power reset the camcorder .

IMPORTANT: If a condensation message or high temperature error code is displayed on the LCD screen, disconnect the battery and AC adapter and place the camcorder in a cool, dry environment for approximately 1 hour.

If the issue is still unresolved, service may be required.
