Follow this procedure to troubleshoot if the menu displays every time the TV is turned on.
IMPORTANT: The television will display the channel information or video label when the TV is first turned on. This is not the menu, which is the interface in which TV settings can be adjusted. If the channel or video input information remains on the screen during viewing, you can remove it manually .
- Turn off the television.
- Unplug the television AC power for 30 seconds.
- Plug the television back in.
- Turn on the television.
The troubleshooting steps listed above should resolve your issue. If you have completed all of the steps and the issue is not resolved, service may be required.
