Follow this procedure to troubleshoot the remote control not working.
- Touch the LCD to activate the screen.
- Verify that the AC adapter is properly connected to the battery charger.
- Verify that the AC adapter is plugged into a known working AC wall outlet.
- Place the remote control in the base and leave on the base until the charge lamp turns green.
NOTE: It may take up to six hours to completely charge the battery.
If the remote control still does not function after completing the above steps, service will be required.
