If you are unable to increase the volume on your speakers, there may be a problem with the power supply or there may be a loose connection. Follow these steps to try to resolve this issue:
- If applicable to your model speakers, make sure that fresh batteries are installed in the portable speakers and that the polarity is correct.
NOTE: If your speakers are passive speakers, the power for the speakers is drawn from the connected audio device; therefore, there will be no battery compartment or AC power supply.
- Verify that the right speaker is securely connected to the left speaker.
- Make sure that the left speaker is securely connected to the LINE OUT jack of the audio playback device.
- If you are using passive speakers, try increasing the volume on the audio playback device.
If the issue is still unresolved, service may be required.
