Some Sony® televisions have the capability of skipping over video inputs. This will occur if the video inputs of the television are set to SKIP in the Video Label menu. In order to access skipped video inputs, change the SKIP setting for the video inputs to something else (VIDEO 1, VIDEO 2, VHS, DVD, etc.). To see if your television has a Video Label Feature, check the specifications. Manuals are posted on your model support page.

If your television does not have a Video Label feature, then the TV may require service.
