Follow this procedure to resolve when the Wireless Networks tab is missing from the Wireless Network Connection Properties window in the Windows® XP operating system.
NOTE: This issue may occur if third-party wireless configuration software has been installed.
- Stop and Start the Wireless Zero Configuration service .
- Install the Wireless Zero Configuration service .
- Reinstall the wireless Ethernet driver.
NOTE: After reinstalling the wireless Ethernet driver, check the manufacturer's Web site for current updates for the wireless Ethernet card.
