Follow this procedure to troubleshoot when there is no sound coming from one side of the headphones.
- Verify that the headphones are firmly plugged into the Phones jack on the front of the tape deck.
- Test the headphones on another device.
- Test another set of headphones on the tape deck.
If the issue is still unresolved, service may be required. Go to Product Repair.
