Follow this procedure to troubleshoot if the picture from the DVD camcorder skips or freezes during playback.

  1. Remove the disc from the DVD camcorder.
  2. Clean the disc.
  3. Reinsert the disc.
  4. Play the disc.
  5. If the issue is still unresolved, remove the disc from the camcorder.
  6. Insert another disc recorded by the DVD camcorder.
  7. Play the disc.

If the issue is still unresolved after completing all of the troubleshooting steps, service will be required.
