If a device using Sony® brand Memory Stick® media repeatedly displays the errors Buffer Overflow or Unable To Use This Card, data on the media may be corrupt, or the media itself might be counterfeit . To verify that the media can work properly, it will be necessary to format the media.
WARNING: There is a risk of data loss. Formatting will permanently delete the data from the media and cannot be retrieved.
Format the media directly on the device displaying the errors.
If formatting the media does not resolve the issue, service will be required.
