None of the functions are working even though the power is on.

If the camera or camcorder has a RESET button, press it to restore the settings back to the default factory specifications. Otherwise, turn off the camera or camcorder and remove the AC power adapter or battery. After 60 seconds, reconnect the AC power adapter or battery and turn the camera or camcorder back on.


  • The procedures above will reset all the settings, including the date and time.
  • You might have to press and hold the power button for at least 7 seconds for the camera to turn off on some model cameras.

If the issue is still unresolved, service may be required.
