Check the following if the smartphone cannot be charged using the Mini Hi-Fi component system:
- Make sure the smartphone is securely connected to the Mini Hi-Fi component system.
- Make sure that the Mini Hi-Fi component system is turned on.
NOTE: When the Mini Hi-Fi system enters standby mode, the smartphone may stop charging. Disable the Automatic Standby function to prevent the Mini Hi-Fi component system from going into standby mode automatically.
- Press OPTIONS
- Select AUTO STBY
- Select OFF
- Set the Mini Hi-Fi system to USB function.
- Make sure the smartphone is compatible with the Mini Hi-Fi component system.
The steps above should resolve this issue. If the issue is not resolved after completing these steps, service may be required.
