Existing Wi-Fi Connection Fails Between My Camera and Mobile Device

This occurs if there is an active Wi-Fi® connection between your camera and another mobile device. Your camera can't connect to multiple devices at the same time. To resolve this, delete the Wi-Fi connection between the camera and other mobile devices.
