Unable to operate the Bluetooth speaker.

To fix the issue, follow these steps below.

  1. Check that the speaker is turned on.
  2. If the POWER/HOLD switch is set to HOLD, slide it to the center.

    NOTE: If you are still unable to operate the Bluetooth® speaker, press the RESET button found on the left side of the Bluetooth speaker with a thin object such as a small pin.
