To fix the issue, follow these steps below.
- Check that the speaker is turned on.
- If the POWER/HOLD switch is set to HOLD, slide it to the center.
NOTE: If you are still unable to operate the Bluetooth® speaker, press the RESET button found on the left side of the Bluetooth speaker with a thin object such as a small pin.
If you have followed the steps provided and you are unable to operate the speaker, repair may be required.
