The NFC function does not work for one-touch backup.

Follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Make sure that the smartphone or tablet supports NFC™.
  2. If the smartphone is enclosed in a case or skin, remove it.
  3. Turn on the NFC function from the menu of the smartphone or tablet.
  4. Touch the NFC logo NFC logoon the smartphone or tablet against the NFC logo NFC logoon the Personal Content Station.

NOTE: The NFC function will not work if the smartphone or tablet screen is locked.
