No picture or video is displayed on the TV screen from the Personal Content Station.

Follow the steps below to troubleshoot this issue.

  1. Make sure the HDMI® connection between the Personal Content Station and the TV is secure.
  2. Make sure the TV is set to the proper HDMI input to receive the signal from the Personal Content Station.
  3. In the PCS Manager app on your smartphone or tablet, tap the HDMI output control icon.HDMI Output Control Icon
  4. If the issue is not resolved, turn the power of the Personal Content Station off and on again.
  5. If the issue is still not resolved, turn off both the Personal Content Station and the TV.
  6. Turn on the TV before turning on the Personal Content Station.
