Image thumbnails may not appear on the camera screen after they were exported to the memory card using the PlayMemories Home™ software. To resolve this, select the correct media in Media Settings and set the Recording format to the same file format as the exported file.
If the thumbnails don't show up, follow the steps below to repair the image management file:
- Select MENU.
- Select Setup.
- Select Media Settings.
- Select Repair Img. DB F.
- Select your desired recording medium.
- Select OK.
