I Can't Connect the Android Device Using the Music Center (SongPal) App

If you have an iOS® device connected to the Music Center (SongPal™) app through a Bluetooth® connection and you want to connect your Android™ device, follow these steps:

  1. Power on your audio device.
  2. Wait for at least 20 seconds, then disconnect the iOS device.
    • If you don't wait for at least 20 seconds, you may not be able to connect the Android device.
  3. Connect the Android device .

If the issue still occurs, follow the steps below:

  1. Power off your audio device.
  2. Unplug your audio device's power cord.
  3. Wait for at least 60 seconds, then plug it back in.
  4. Power on your audio device.
  5. Reconnect the Android device.
