Check the following if you get no picture or sound when the port replicator is connected to the TV:
- Make sure that each cable connected to the port replicator is properly and securely connected.
- Check if the AC adapter is properly connected to the port replicator and to a working wall outlet.
NOTE: The port replicator needs a power supply, therefore, it cannot be used without the AC adapter.
- If the issue is still not resolved after checking the connections, remove the cables and the AC adapter from the port replicator, then reconnect them properly.
