Check the following if the USB device connected to the Bluetooth® speaker does not charge:
IMPORTANT: Each of these steps represents a possible solution to this issue. Check if the connected USB device is charging after completing each step.
- Make sure that the USB device is securely connected to the USB-A port of the Bluetooth speaker.
- The USB device will not charge when connected to the USB-B port of the Bluetooth speaker.
- Not all speakers have USB-A or USB-B port. For details on the port that you can charge a USB device, refer to the manual supplied with the product. Manuals are posted on your model support page.
- Make sure that the USB device is compatible with the Bluetooth speaker .
NOTE: It is recommended to charge the USB device while the speaker is connected to a power outlet using the AC adapter. If the AC adapter is not connected, the connected USB device may not be charged.
