Error: Out of Sync. The username or password you entered is incorrect. appears when trying to log in with the Digital Paper System.
This error will appear when the port number in the server settings is incorrect. Follow these steps to correct the server setting:
- Press the Home button.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Network Drive Setting.
- Tap Server Setting.
- Enter the appropriate parameters.
NOTE: Contact your Internet Service Providers (ISP) or the server administrator for assistance regarding the setting parameters.
