If you are unable to post a message on your social media accounts at the start of your live stream, check the following.
IMPORTANT: Because each of these steps represents a possible solution to this issue, check the status of your social network services (SNS) after completing each step.
- Verify that the Social Media in the Network Setting Tool software are properly configured.
NOTE: The Network Setting Tool can be accessed through the Action Cam Movie Creator software. To download the Action Cam Movie Creator software, visit the support website.
- Authentication can be revoked by either yourself or the social media website at any time. If posting to a social media site fails because of this, reconnect using the Network Setting Tool software.
- Check that the clock of this camera is set correctly.
- There may be an issue with the SNS server. Check whether you can post to your SNS using a mobile device or a computer.
