If wrestling videos from the WWE Network™ app fail to stream and the error Internet browser will be closed due to internal error appears, a software update is required on the TV by the WWE® service.
- Using the supplied remote, press the HOME button.
- Select Help.
- Select Customer Support.
- Select Software Update.
- Select Yes.
If the error continues to appear even after updating the software to the TV, follow the steps below:
- Turn off the TV.
- Unplug the power cord.
- Leave the TV unplugged for one minute.
- Reconnect the power cord.
- Turn on the TV.
- Press the HOME button.
- Wait a few moments for the apps to load.
- Launch the WWE Network app.
