If wrestling videos from the WWE Network™ app fail to stream and the error Internet browser will be closed due to internal error appears, a software update is required on the TV by the WWE® service.

  1. Using the supplied remote, press the HOME button.
  2. Select Help.

  3. Select Customer Support.
  4. Select Software Update.

  5. Select Yes.

If the error continues to appear even after updating the software to the TV, follow the steps below:

  1. Turn off the TV.
  2. Unplug the power cord.
  3. Leave the TV unplugged for one minute.
  4. Reconnect the power cord.
  5. Turn on the TV.
  6. Press the HOME button.
  7. Wait a few moments for the apps to load.
  8. Launch the WWE Network app.
