You can use channels 1 to 11 of a wireless router or access point to connect your TV to the internet. To minimize interference of other devices that can cause the network speed to slow down, we recommend setting the channel of the wireless router or access point to Auto. For fixed channel, set to channels 1, 6, or 11.

For details on how to set the channel, check your manual or contact the manufacturer of the wireless router or access point.

Note: For customers in Brazil, the latest over the air firmware update now allows you to use channels 12 and 13 with your 2015 and 2016 TV models.
