If the app information screen of the Android™ TV will not change when you try to search for and install apps using the Google Play™ store, verify that your TV is connected to the Internet by following the steps below.

  1. On the supplied remote, press the HELP button.
  2. Under the PROBLEM DIAGNOSIS category, select Internet connectivity symptoms.

If the Connection results screen as shown below is different from what you are seeing, restarting the Internet connection may be necessary.
